Get support
For an existing account, include your business name, account email and a short description of what you need. Support availability and any response-time commitment are set out in your written agreement.
Raise a complaint
Email us with “Complaint” in the subject, your business name, the affected service, relevant dates and the outcome you are requesting. We review the issue against your agreement, ask for any information needed to investigate and explain the outcome and next steps in writing. If the issue remains unresolved, reply in the same email thread to request a further review.
Please redact customer data from examples. Never include passwords, one-time codes, access tokens or payment-card details.
Privacy and data requests
Use the data-deletion instructions to request deletion, or email us about access, correction or other privacy questions. We verify the requester’s authority before acting on account or customer data.
